It has become quite noticeable that the number of people visiting the forum and posting comments has dropped off recently.
I'd like to suggest that CEO's contact their pilots and suggest they visit the forums to see what is going on, what others are suggesting, and help others with issues that they are having. We have a huge number of pilots in FSA and I'm fairly sure between us we can resolve many issues, come up with great development ideas for the environment, but more people need to get involved.
For my part, I send a message to all the pilots in my airline every 6 weeks or so, to invite them to look around and see what's happening.
Perhaps all airline CEO's who dont do this already could consider starting doing it?

Sounds like excellent advice.
