Manager needed for vintage branch

Hello everybody. I've decided to start a new branch in Ionathan Airlines which will deal with vintage aircrafts and I need a manager to deal with this, starting with the 40s and 50s ages, planning to gradually expand up to 80s (included). The requested manager will deal with suggesting aircrafts to aquire, finding the best bargains, setting a vintage flightplan and hub network and organizing the branch.
The necessary requirements include an adequate knowledge of that period's aircrafts, suggeting aircraft models and of course flying without crashing.
Being a VATSIM pilot and repainting aircrafts are willing skills but not required.
