Any tips on how to calculate fuel? How to estimate how many kg's?

There are quite a few tools you can use for this.

FSBuild is probably the best. The latest version is payware, but there is an older freeware version kicking about if you search hard enough.

FS9/FSX fuel planner. Not great, but gets the job done.

Aircraft specific fuel planners. There are quite a few free aircraft specific fuel planners available at the usual places, and most payware comes with one. Some work better than others.

Fueljabber (?). There is a site that can calculate fuel for a range of aircraft, although I cant remember the URL right now. Some swear by it, others swear at it.

Pencil and paper. My favourite method. Check the documentation that came with your aircraft, or download suitable performance manuals for it from the usual places or SmartCockpit. Then read the relevant tables for your planned flight and away you go.

Look up previous flights on FSAirlines. It's quite likely that someone has already flown a similar flight, have a look at the flight report and check out the block fuel.

Hope that helps
