Free aviation weather resource on the web

Greetings all,
Found this fantastic website for real world real-time weather as well as multiple avaition resources. It's not really for simulation purposes, as it's targetted at 'real' aviaion, but a fantastic resource nontheless, which may also make it easier to fuel plan flights if you fly real weather, real time.
