Here's what I am looking for:

Repaint's on aircraft so you have company planes
Voice communications
Scheduled multiplayer flights as a VA of some sort
Willing to put a hub/flights in alaska

Now I'm not saying it's the only one but its the only one I know of, BC North fits your qualifications pretty well.

I agree with the post above, they seem to offer every thing you want, they might open a HUB in AL, who knows, contact Brian Peace, hes the ceo of Bc North

BC NORTH has an anchorage hub, plus a ton of flights up and down the entire west coast. We do multiplayer a lot when we can, mostly on vatsim. we are willing to help you get set up and trained on vatsim too (some of our members are controlers)
