Account Fault! Not Happy!

I purchased what i thought was going to be the Platinum Account today... got to paypal (after issues with my password an having to reset it). Paid my money on a 3 month automatic transaction. Was ready to fly again for my VA. But NO! It stil said "VA INACTIVE, ONE PLATINUM PILOT NEEDED". So i looked an it had only given me the Gold membership, I dont know what happened after me clicking on the Platinum link, maybe a link has been set wrong, but if i am paying for a Platinum an it has only give me a Gold i expect a refund for this or my account changing (i have paypal reciept proof of purchase if needed).
