"US Express Airlines" just opened up. We are a ground level airline looking for pilots to take the tier one positions. Currently we own just two J41 based outa Santa Monical Airport. Routes are adjustable to allow our pilots to fly where they want to. Pilot pay is high, J41 Chielf pilot is at 40% and J41 Captain is 35%.

No offense but you could be put on probation because US Express Airlines is similar to US Airways Express. Not sure where the boundary is drawn.

US Airways couldnt do anything about that name because they dont nor could they own the rights to none of the words as they all are normal. i cant think of the exact and correct way to say it, but it goes to that affect...
now if they were using logos and font etc, then they could to a degree.
