Registered VA by an unauthorized person

We are afraid that an unathorized person registered a VA in FSA. The VA's CEO was not aware of this situation. Is that correct?
What can be done?

I'm confused by what you mean when you say they registered the VA.

If you have any concerns about a VA it is not appropriate to communicate via the public forum. Please submit a support ticket with any complaint you may have.
