EVERYBODY READ THIS!!! Admin Concerns / RWA Concerns

Im pilot of Swiss Air Fly VA, our VA been baned for "using real airline images", so I DEMAND, that EVERY VIRTUAL AIRLINE in FSAIRLINES.NET using pictures of real airline aircrafts been BANED such as OURS for SAME REASON.

Don't know about specific cases, (maybe the original poster does?), but some FSA airlines have permission from the real airlines to use images and logos etc.

BTW, the STAR Alliance pic in my sig is not my doing, it is uploaded by someone else.

No. Its a standard FSA signature. I can't do anything. Anyway its a picture of an FS model, do you know if the model designer has the rights?

So FSA have to "ban themself" I dont know, but I would be very happy to know if designer have such right. Of course i dont belive in "electronic version", scan with all signatures and stamps would be acceptable.
Our situation absolutely idiotic, we(Swiss Air Fly) never said that we are connecting ourself with "swiss air international airline", we do not use their logotype or anything else in FSAirlines, but we been grounded for "lookliking".
So I think it would be fair to ground everyone else whos "lookliking" REAL airline, you see my point?

This thread is inappropriate and violates several forum rules. It has been locked and the user in question removed. The VA was warned about this kind of conduct previously and they didn't listen.

BTW, "Swiss Air Fly" has not been banned. They were grounded for 3 days while we dealt with some concerns over their website and images and text on this site. They have resolved our concerns and thus we have placed the VA back on "Active" status.
