Looking for pilots

Hi Everybody,
Our Airline, the Global Transport Corporation, is looking for pilots (Not needed to be experienced, a beginner as good as a senior captain). When you contact me I will send you a test in general aviation just to make sure you have some imagination about aviation and does not think that ILS is a fast food =).
We fly only in Europe but in the near future we will fly in Asia and later in Americas, Africa, Australia, and a department for Oceanic flights.
In 1 or 2 weeks we will buy our first Concorde so the Oceanic flights between Europe and America will operate from this time.
Or fleets consist of:
>>Airbus A321-200
>>Boeing 727-100*2
>>Boeing 737-700
>>Boeing 737-900
>>Boeing 767-300ER
>>Fokker 100*2
