Flight Officer: 17% of VA-income

* 35 Hours of flight time + 2500nm
* Rating 90% +
* 737-800/a321-200

First Officer: 19% of VA-income

* 60 Hours of Flight time + 7000nm
* Rating 94% +
* a330-200/767-300ER + any lower ac

Captain: 21% of VA-income

* 115 hours Flight time + 50000nm
* Rating 96% +
* 747-400ER/777-300ER/a340-600 + any lower ac

* 275 hours of flight time + 100000nm
