How Many Active VA's

Post by BVU-951 »

I was just wondering how many VA's are active, and why inactive are not deleted from the system.

Unless the script is broken, VA's that have no active pilots are deleted every night. If they have no Platinum Account member, they're not available to be joined by new members, and if they're on "probationary" status and don't fly a flight within 14 days they're disbanded forcefully.

It would be stupid for FSAirlines to delete VA's who have their platinum account paid for and that user stay active.

Thank you for the reply, but I am still wondering how many VA's are active?

Alan, I have no idea of the overall situation but to give you an example from our region, there are 12 VAs listed with bases in Brazil, of which just 2 are actually active, 3 are provisional without a Platinum member, and 7 are listed as inactive, at least one of them since 2010.

Going on that, I would think that the number of really active VAs is quite a bit lower than the number given on the front page.

Remember, Inactive VA's are not listed on the front page nor are ones without a Platinum member. As such, of those 12 VA's, only 2 are actually listed as "Active" in the database statistics.

Currently, about 600+ active airlines, with active defined as at least one premium member (including trial memberships)
