i was able to connect to the forums this morning, after a short period all connections were gone and the website wasn't reachable anymore.

i think there are database problems.

on the main website there is a message about server problems, i think it's still in the process of being resolved...

Do you have your own airline?? If not, then only the owner of the airline or its associates can buy aircrafts for you. You should be a co-owner to be able to do the things you mention in your post.
