First ok but after a few hours cheated??

I made a flight from EIDW to ENZV and after a safe flight I landed and earned a little money. This evening I continued from ENZV to DAAG and after arrival at DAAG I suddenly read I cheated the flight from EIDW to ENZV!!! I can assure you I did not and I wonder what went wrong. I am not able to press...

Re: Always the same advertisement

Thanks for pointing that out, should be fixed now. Thanks for fixing it, but now there is something else. When I login I never see our own advertisement... It is there when I press "Show all advertisements" but it never appears once in a while. Is this normal or is there still something going wrong...

Re: Landing Light penalty on MD80 by Leonardo

Got some information from real life Austrian pilots and real life ATC people from EHAM. In most cases it is a company/aircraft rule when to switch off/on landinglights. It is certainly not an official rule to keep the lights on/off above FL100 but from the company itself as the mechanical landinglig...

Re: Landing Light penalty on MD80 by Leonardo

Hi, When you are using two progs to record your flights and the penalty criteria clash with each other then I guess you have to decide which prog you want to accept the penalty from. You could always write to the developers of PSP and ask them to change their rules. Sorry for the rant but you can't...

Re: Landing Light penalty on MD80 by Leonardo

Those penalties were denied because they were properly charged. You are supposed to turn off your landing lights BEFORE 10,000 feet MSL, not after. Between 1000 feet AGL and 10,000 feet MSL, the landing light logic is not checked, so you usually have 2000 or 3000 feet to turn you lights off at mini...

Re: Landing Light penalty on MD80 by Leonardo

During my previous flight I got a landing light penalty climbing through 10400 ft. I requested a review but no change. (A380) This time I got a penalty again climbing through 10239 ft to be precise(MD11). I will ask for review again and hope it will be "repaired". Regarding this problem the client i...

A few days ago I changed our logo which can be seen when checking the Flight Monitor.

Re: New client version available v1.03

Had a 5 hours flight from HECA to LPPT. Upon landing the client said Landed. Perfect. After activating parking brakes I closed the client and got a error writing to memory. causing the flight not logged at all. As I had this error before only with version 1.3 and not with the previous versions, I gu...

Re: Leased but not available

Hi, Go to your aircraft info page and it tells you when your aircraft is expected back from maintenance. Regards John I know that. Today at 0954 she returns. The leased one will arrive at 1300. So it had no use to lease an aircraft. I thought to give my pilots that service as we have only one 747. ...

Always the same advertisement

Every time I login, I see the same advertisement; perhaps the best VA there is, I can't tell but why is the ad from Harman Charters always showing up?
I wonder what other's experiences are... But I hope the ad's of other VA's will show up one day...

Re: Leased but not available

Hi, Whenever you transfer an aircraft now there is a delay calculated according to distance of transfer/cruise speed of aircraft and number of stops required due to a/c range. This was introduced on FSA to simulate the time it would take to transfer an aircraft in RL as opposed to the previous 'Sta...

Leased but not available

As two aircraft are under maintenance for 24 hours, I leased two aircraft but after a few hours they are still not available (transfer in progress)
How much time does it take before we actually can use them?
One is leased from UK Direct, the other one from QXE Air (Don't know if this info is needed)

Re: Computer crash

Hi, This question of flight booking and cancellation has always puzzled me especially with one man VA's. Why do people book a flight and then switch computer off to go do other things/sleep/go shopping/take wife or girlfriend out. Then they come back to computer just before flight expires, have a c...

Re: Computer crash

The question I would have is how would you separate the real crashes from those who just kill there client using the task manager to get out of flying the flight they booked. If we were to do anything it would probably be to extend the booking expire time. Hi, Well to be honest, I wouldn't know. It...
