Re: Private planes
Just found another freeware model of an ex-military type, now owned and operated privately by civilians. The Folland Gnat. Can I go ahead and research it's stats and create it as an fsairlines private plane? Although other warbirds exist in the database I thought I should check first, just in case ...

Re: Jet Stream
FSA does allow for real-world weather. Although, as you may be aware, FS on its own maxes out the tail and headwind components.

Re: Cost index
Vasco,
I don't recall 100%, but at some point in the past (at least a couple years), we may have had it on the VA Overview screen but it was not editable.

Re: Cost index
The only setting we have available for you to change is the multiplier.
Adding the cost index is on our list of additions we want to add, but I can not give any definitive time of when that will be done which means until then, you are unfortunately stuck with the standard cost index of 50.

Re: Quick notes on profile
So you know, in order to get the auto-notify feature regarding a reply, there is a button at the bottom of the screen when creating a post or reply that you can check that says "Notify me when a reply is posted".

Re: FSA Integration Pack bug - Book Flight
I have moved your post to the VA Integration Pack forum as that is where it belongs.
There is a notice on the front page and at the top of this forum under important announcements stating that we are aware of the bug. Our developers are working to fix it at this time.

Re: Quick notes on profile
While I see where a quick notepad may be beneficial in other ways as well, one way you can already work around that case you are referring to is to enter the notes on the last flight report (when the client says "write your comments here..."). That way, not only can you look at the last flight but t...

GetBookableRoutes XML Offline
We are aware of the issue with the GetBookableRoutes feature of the XML VA Integration Pack. It is currently down and we are working on solving it. All other VA Integration Pack features are not effected. We apologize for any issues this may cause you. Temporarily, all pilots must book via the FSAir...

If you had an open support ticket, please respond to it or read our provided answer so we can best continue t...

Re: IATO codes taken away?
It is FSA policy to not disclose message and users names when referring to an incident, copy and paste the message in your already existing Support Ticket and Konny, Claudio or Joe will get back to you regarding the issue. Additionally, note that just because a member creates a VA, doesn't meant the...

Re: Yet another Landing Light Subject.
The penalty for on above 10000ft is set so that if you are within 3000 AGL, you are not penalized. So therefore, at Quito, you do have some breathing room. In regards to the C206 flight you referenced, I think the best option there is flying at a cruise altitude of 12000 feet because based on the ro...

Re: Support Ticket
The Support Ticket system is currently delayed because the admins/developers are running a bit behind due to real-life obligations. I am aware that Konny is doing his best to answer them in the shortest amount of time possible. Until the Support Ticket system is able to operate at full pace, I am wi...

Re: Automatic cargo loading
Jörg,
This would be possible via either FSUIPC or SimConnect (one works and the other doesn't), however, the main problem is that many aircraft models are built either without or with improper load points and as such, it would be very difficult to load the aircraft appropriately.

Re: IATO codes taken away?
The ICAO codes that you are assigned is unique to you and would not be assigned to another airline unless your airline was defunct.
It appears this guy was just trying to get the code from you.

Re: Yet another Landing Light Subject.
Konny, Another idea, which came up on another project I am working on, depending on how the client is coded, it could also be done where specific geo-ranges (i.e from 118.7 to 118.9 E from 32.5 to 32.61 N) do not apply for the 1000 AGL lights off penalty. Although, I think that my original suggestio...
