Re: Premium Accounts.
Guys, there's already another thread going on the new accounts. I'm closing this one as it should be continued in the main one. OK I'll move my post over to here then :- The new propoased accounts would only have the CEO of a VA pay for it. All pilots of said VA would fly for free. Which is the bes...

Re: New Account system
The new propoased accounts would only have the CEO of a VA pay for it. All pilots of said VA would fly for free. Which is the best solution in my eyes. Really ? My little one man VA stays well with in the 4 flights per week, does not use hardly any hardware rescources of the ISP/FSAirlines (don't u...

Re: New Account system
To answer your question with a post from Konny :- That's right, the standard account wouldn't be able to create/run an airline. So if you don't pay 2-3 Euro per months you won't be able to have your own airline, but you can join other airlines. I just added this info on the poll page to make it clea...

Re: Premium Accounts.
Hmmmm, I think I may well go the same way. I don't fly at x16, I average close to 4 flights a week, I run the VA professionally (realistic aircraft running to appropriate airports), correct time tables, etc etc, So to keep going I'm going to have to fork out for a Platimum account so that the kids o...

Re: Another Client fail
Explorer.exe is a core windows component and nothing to do with the FSA client. If this process is failing then your windows environment is at fault and its quite likely that the FSA client was unloaded by windows prior to this.

Re: Premium Accounts.
1. I can fly on Vatsim and use a lot more bandwidth for free 2. I can download files on Avsim and use tons more bandwidth for a lot less money. Ummmm well carry on, I was unware that VATSIM and or Avsim offered the Economic model . . . . . . . . why Fly on FSAirlines at all ? For what its worth, I ...

Re: Premium Accounts.
But it it quite fair, and they do offer something that the others don't.
There is no free account on VAFS, there is here, and I can do 17 flights a month without paying anything - and considering I fly at x1 that is fine by me.

Re: Premium Accounts.
Well, my number of flights over the last 5 months have been:- October - 14 September - 15 August - 31 July - 8 June - 22 Average = 18 per month and I regard myself as a "low" user of FSAirlines, so some people will take a big hit ! I agree that a monthly limit would be the way to go here. (As well a...

Re: vatsim
The VATSIM site has some out of date links. I would use the following :-
For FSInn (Vatsim Forum) :- http://forums.vatsim.net/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=20466 Read the post fully first.
For SquawkBox (from the SB Site) :- http://squawkbox.ca/news/ The download link is at the top.
Cheers

Re: List of ideas
Look, ed and i are both pilots, that is clear, To be honest, I really couldn't care less about what the final result is in the client, but i am just making a reference to real life. Just making it clear, so put whatever number of knots or what not in the client, it doesn't phase me, but at the mome...

Re: Routes
Absolutely agree with CAPFlyer on this. The High & Low Airways change on a monthly basis as well as additions/deletions/renaming of ISEC points. Staying up to date would be a nightmare, if we then add SID(DP's) & STARS to the mix, we are going to end up nowhere at all. The FSArlines scenario is prov...

Re: Removing an Aircraft from Flight Plan
Hello Joe, Hi, Just a quick update. Yesterday I deleted all my flights. I confirmed they were deleted. Today, a full 24 hours later, I confirmed they were deleted, and uploaded my new flight plans. Exactly the same happens - the old flight plans with the B732's are there again. I've opened a support...
