I think you just need to keep at it. It will take time (months?) I have been on the lookout for a P3D centric VA. PMDG, MaddogX and TFDi models. I would like to coordinate package delivery in the Western US. However, it seems Xplane and MSFS 2020 account for most of the flight sim pilots these days.

What about instead of costing money, the reconfiguring seats cost time:

1 minute per seat?
2 minutes per seat?
5 minutes per seat?

Combi Aircraft would get a significant bonus (much shorter time penalty).

That would mitigate the gaming of the seats / packages at every destination.
