Re: Maintenance Centers
For aircraft of the same fleet as the center, there should be one transaction per aircraft. For other fleets there should be two, one for the center to pay for the actual repairs, one for the transaction between the aircraft owner and the center owner. I was having some problems and deleted a bunch ...

Re: Maintenance Centers
It would not be too hard to create such a spreadsheet with all the costs, it probably should be on the page that describes the aircraft type, well that part at least is going onto the todo list.

Re: Maintenance Centers
I have been working on fixing a few issues with the scheduler so you may have gotten a few extra messages that your aircraft are being worked on. I also moved up the completion time of all the jobs by a day so I can see the scheduler run again and advance all the other AC through the queue. I hope n...

Re: Maintenance Centers
Yes the rate is locked in. Once in the queue either the aircraft owner or the center owner can remove an aircraft from the queue, but if the rate is changed while the aircraft is in the queue they still get the original rate. I agree that later aircraft in the queue should not delay aircraft earlier...

Re: Maintenance Centers
Sweet! We will be opening a Large in KLAS and a Medium in KBOI .... :) Look for our Grand Opening Discounts soon! QUESTION: Will airlines get any sort of notice when other airlines "book a service" at one of their centers? I'm trying to set up our independent finance sheets .... not sure if we will...

Re: some thought about more realistic
Maintenance centers are now released and I described it in this post: https://forum.fsairlines.net/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=9428&p=44992#p44992 Hopefully the aircraft depreciation and flight / sale restrictions based on when the aircraft was maintained and parking fees will be ready by the end of the mo...

Maintenance Centers
I just released the new Maintenance Center feature and I wanted to describe how it works. Maintenance centers allow you to repair your aircraft at a reduced rate, but a center can only work on a limited number of aircraft at a time. As always if there is no maintenance center available or you do not...

Re: some thought about more realistic
As I just mentioned I have been working on the maintenance change we have been talking about, and I have been thinking about two of the new requirements we are thinking of. You can't sell if not maintained within a year You can't fly if not maintained within two years Now when we turn these features...

Re: some thought about more realistic
Well I have Just about gotten maintenance centers done and am working out the aircraft depreciation when they are parked. The more I think about this, not sure how useful it is, even if in a hanger bi-annual maintenance will still be needed, hangering it may not make economic sense and may just be t...

Re: Range with Maximum Payload
Just a note; I recently updated the range on the A330-200F. A while ago a pilot pointed out to me an airbus document that showed the range with max fuel at around 4000 nm while the A300-200 (passenger model) had a range of 7.250 nm. Now the two AC had the same engines, same fuel capacity and similar...
