Maintenance Cost Formula

Right now the maintenance costs of an aircraft are based on a percentage of its market value. This can produce some unrealistic numbers especially when dealing with older out of production where the real world market value is very low compared to current production aircraft. Often these aircraft hav...

Hm, the above list should be complete. Only the client can change an airline's reputation and only at the end of a flight. So I'ld say the invisible failure ( will be fixed in the next release ) is the reason. But something else we already had is that a pilot who crashed shut down his internet conn...

Add the A380 to the database at any time but until a dozen or so are in actual service, only sell them through the market and only make one available each time one leaves the factory. No. 1) Aircraft is *STILL* not certified. Airbus is building these aircraft on the assumption (...

According to CNN:
Developed over five years with a budget of 11 billion dollars, the 555-seater Airbus A380 comes with a hefty $275 million price tag.
I guess that would set the price at 275,000,000

I have submitted new aircract and edits to current aircraft and I have always tried to be as accurate as possible. So 280 passangers in a A318 is not my doing. When using this interface I was suprised that you are not required to be logged in when submitting changes. I would recommend making the fol...

As far as I know they're both for MSL. Does this mean that if you fly into Denver at more than 5000 feet MSL, you won't get dinged if you don't turn on your lights? Problem though - why are you flying at 12,500 over a 12,000 peak? That's a bit close for comfort, especially considering the possibili...

Flight level

Ok, so I know that if your landing lights are off below 1000ft you get dinged, and if your lights are on above 10000 feet you get dinged. Are those altitudes from sea level or ground level? If as I suspect the lights must be on less than 1000ft above the ground and off more than 10,000 feet above se...

Question on Bonis

I have a question on how the bonis on a flight is calculated. I just completed a "perfect flight" and did not turn on time compression but did not get a bonis.
