Hi Dimitris,
Unfortunately we can fix the flight report, we can only remove it. But I'ld like to have a look at the debug file so I can find out what the problem was. Can you please it to me? To konny@fsairlines.net

Can you please send me the Client debug file? To konny@fsairlines.net
And are you using v2.0.0 or v2.0.10b? I'ld recommend the current beta release.

Yes, you will be able to do that, but we will still give you the possibility to just say "standard price +/- x%" for all classes.

Re: Brought Platinum But Airline inactive!!!!
I activated your account yesterday. Hope it works now. Unfortunately I was very busy over the weekend. If you follow the links in the Crew Center under "Premium Account" for your next payment you won't have to wait at all. Then everything is processed automatically.

Re: Flight Monitor
Sorry, but there currently is no parameter to change that. It's actually not officially part of the integration pack. We want to create a special flight monitor for the integration pack, but I can't give you a release date. What you could do is to just get the flight data from the XML-interface and ...

Re: Flight Monitor
You can use our flight monitor map on your website, no problem. And we're currently setting up a new, more powerful server which should speed everything up.

Re: Seat Config tool... released and I'm disapointed
Hi Devis, I'm sorry that you're disappointed but maybe it just a misunderstanding. This was a first step in the progress of adding fare classes. When we release the next Client (which will support the configurations) we will calculate with the max pax capacity (149 for the B737-700) and not the typi...

Re: please explain this
The 3.9 hours probably was a Client error. All the other values look alright and what actually counts for the statistics is the hours value in brackets (15.5h). This is also more reliable then the departure/arrival time info as it's from an internal Client-timer and not just the difference between t...

Re: Ticket Support Sent but incorrect procedure
Thanks for the debug file Pedro, seems like a phantom crash was the reason for the problem.

Re: Flight aborted due to refuelling
Thanks for the debug file. Your fuel jumped from 291kg to 294kg. This happens sometimes for reasons I don't know but the current beta release accounts for these jumps, so if you download and install the Client v2.0.10b you shouldn't have this problem anymore.

Re: FSA Client on Mac (X-Plane 9)
Hi,
Well, I'm still trying to find the reason for these crashes. It could help if you can send me the client debug file together with the x-plane crash log.
To konny@fsairlines.net
Thanks

Re: Flight aborted due to refuelling
Hi Sven, Can you please send me the debug file (to konny@fsairlines.net). In most cases this problem happens with PMDG aircraft. For whatever reason there are some "fuel-jumps" during the flight where the fuel hops from 10.000kg to 10.100kg from one second to another. The client tries to correct the...

Thanks for the info, seems like we need to upgrade the server again, we got several reports of this kind lately.
