Can be implemented for the FL filled. If the a/c is still at the filled FL within a certain radius around destination airfield then the client dings and applies the penalty.
So I think there should also be an option entered by the pilot for FL and/or altitude inside the client.

The penalty thing isn't that good. Apart from being realistic, there is also another little problem for those flying online. The human ATCO might send you direct to a fix. What is the problem here?
The airline X leases an a/c from me so they have paid for the lease and has the right to use the a/c.
It is their problem if they fly or keep it on the ground or fly 7/24 as long as they return it in conditions and to the place I have asked at the time of contract.

To be honest, when deciding on the a/c first thing I look for if it has a paintkit, then if it has a nice model (not an ugly beast like A380 for example).
