Plus of course type approval for them all?

I don't think it is a fault with ICAO codes, after all they are the same for the a/c you mention.
But you have to enter the correct FlyNET code into the flight plan for all of the a/c you want to fly on that route.

For example: the 700ER is id 41, but the 7ET is 23.

Maybe it has to do with the amount of fuel carried. Your flight seems to be outside the legal IFR-reserve operating range of even the 90-30ER (2100nm source MD) so presumably you had some fuel in the cargo area? I guess that feature is not implemented on the Alpha (1.3a) version of FSA.

Incidently, the client also shows "Take off" status for the whole flight duration, like some other users have reported.
