I noticed there is a new option for "Lease aircrafts" but how is the list populated. Can an airline put an aircraft for leasing and how?

I think airline Bravo should pay a fixed amount every month or better week to airline Alpha which remains the owner of the aircraft and flight. Since it is airline's Bravo problem to obtain profit, the amount transfered to Alpha should be independent of each flight's results.

I have noticed there are some airports missing from the database although existing in real life as well as in FS. Is there a process of adding them similar to that for aircrafts?

The clicking on the "Log In" button is for sure something to be mentioned, but it is the FS which needs to start first and the the client.
