If you loose your internet connection whist in flight that should not be a problem

As long as you have a connection at the beggining and end of the flight (bascically at all times on the gorund) so if you check that in the future you wont have any problems

Most planes don't sit at 250 on climbing and descending, and are instead given airspeed requests by controllers. Hpwever, i've found that I never get a penalty if i set myself to 235 kts. Which coincidentally is a good climb and descend speed to be at. I always manage fine from take off to 3,000ft ...

then what is the point of the "best pilot rating award", at the end of the day its unfair to never get 100% again just because you went 2 ais above the speed limit, Or same with the landing lights, as those regulations vary from area to area
