Well...is it not true that failures will only occur if the aircraft is in need of maintenance?

Airline status
Hi Not a bug, but could be a little problem. There are a few threads here regarding airline status "expired" or "provisional". Westbridge Air Services (4321) seems to be currently listed as status "" (ie blank) Can anyone tell me what that might mean? Thanks in advance. Edit: Never mind. I can see t...

Re: Riga - the name is too long
If you look at the current AIP Latvia from EuroControl the data for EVRA is:
Name: RIGA/International
Runway dimensions 18/30 (no difference between TODA and LDA): 3200x45m (which is actually 10499ft)
Coordinates: 565525N 0235816E
Elevation/Temp: 36ft/18C

Re: Is there anything in the works for fuel cheat issues?
your pilots checked the value before clicking on "end flight" and it was ok This happened to me too. With the a/c shut down and parking brake applied the client showed 43kg on board. After clicking end flight it was showing 144kg and a "fuel cheat". In FS9 the a/c still has 43kg!? I am not a newbie...

I go with a Beech 1900 airliner.
Probably a D model from the depth of the fuselage.

Re: Here's a controversial idea regards simrate/stats
My personal comments: 1) The first item on FSA's info and rules page is : Create and manage a virtual airline in a realistic ( more or less ;-) ) economy environment Those who state that it is not realistic are overlooking the important point that it is trying to be realistic. ;) 2) The only people ...

Re: Forum request
Umm, sorry Graham, but you haven't. I just checked the box and there's nothing from you requesting a forum. Original request sent on Oct 31st, follow up emails on Nov 12th and Nov 27th. I have had the same problem (mails are not undelivered, just unanswered) with other communications to support@fsa...

Re: Forum request
Be prepared for a delay Carlos.
I used this method on Oct 31st and despite a couple of gentle email bumps have seen no results yet.

Can't find Flight Report error
Hi
Is it just my logbook, or is there a general error with the flight reports at the moment?

Re: question
It is an option from the sell plane menu (Fleets>>select fleet>>click on "$" icon for the aircraft you want).
Then fill in the lease section of the form instead of the sale section.

Re: Some ideas for FSA
At the end of the day FSAirlines does not aim to be a realistic simulation, but more a framework that gives an added aspect to a pilot's sim-flying experience. The culture is such that there is no chance of banning time compression and the profit multiplier, or of enforcing realistic routes/weather/...

Re: end flight
It seems to me that a go around should be initiated before actually landing (thats what the decision height is for).
TnGs are never part of commercial airline operations. If you are doing them presumably you will choose a training flight so any penalties are irrelevant.

Re: Passenger List
Here's a funny idea.
How about if the passenger list was taken from the database of current FSAirlines pilots?
This could either be regionally biased (if members locations are known), or purely random.
