Re: Blank Client -NEW

I think you need to exit the client before you close FS. But someone will no doubt prove me wrong.

Re: Rewards

I love the idea of a realism award. :)

On the same lines there could perhaps be an award for consecutive profit making flights.
Of course my airline has a vested interest here, out of 388 flights there has been only one deficit (and that was due to a client malfunction) ;)

Re: version 1.2.0 ini settings

Hi

I'm using XP home where I have full rights. (Won't mess with Vista, waiting for full release Win7)
For some reason the ini file was missing the [settings] heading ??

With that back in place all is good again.

version 1.2.0 ini settings (fixed)

Hi

The latest client doesn't seem to support option settings (eg AutoLogin=1, Tracker=1 have no effect)
Is this change deliberate, an oversight, or maybe something to do with my particular configuration?

Re: Problem On Finance Page of FSA Web Site

Same for me. There seems no way to access earlier transaction other than by using the VA integration pack (which also shows the most recent one correctly).

Re: ability for leasers to repo aircraft from leasee

If you make a lease agreement and another company accepts then you should be happy, otherwise make one that you can be happy with! It really makes no difference to the leaser what the leasee uses the a/c for does it? If there was a repossess option then leasing companies would build large upfront pa...

Re: Helicopter Parking Break

You can easily add a parking brake to any a/c (including helicopters and floatplanes) so it can be used with FSA. Open the aircraft.cfg file, find the section headed [brakes], add parking_brake=1 (If there is no such section then you can just add it yourself). Then you can set the brake using [CTRL]...

Re: Log Book?

Yes, I see it now, and belive I have fixed the problem. Me too. Thanks again. :) BTW, its very cool the way you have coded the last flight to show as date and time if from this year, but otherwise date and year. A small improvement would be: if when an a/c type is selected, then the map only shows ...

Re: Ratings - system - effect

Actually, this isn't accurate. The landing light detection is disabled if you are under 25 knots and under 30 feet AGL (or something close to that, I couldn't find the note from Claudio on the matter off hand). This was done to alleviate the "hopping aircraft" problem from getting you dinged. News ...

Re: Log Book?

Well the displayed hours/distance are not correct ;) Eg I have 27 flights on B1900D (all at 1x SR) but my logbook only lists 0.92 hours and 197nm. In each case the displayed figures are just those from the first flight rather than totals for all of them. G looks cool, but the info doesnt seem right....

Re: Ratings - system - effect

is there any penalty for leaving them on at all or visa versa?
No.
Only if you turn them off and the a/c leaves the ground whilst taxiing ;)

Re: Ratings - system - effect

is there anything in force that required them to be turned off as soon as one leaves the runway during taxi? No. I recommend you keep them on despite the proper procedure. If your scenery causes the a/c to hop (as sometimes happens), and the landing lights are off, you will get dinged. It would be ...

Re: Problem On Finance Page of FSA Web Site

The balance now shows correctly (including the last transaction), but that transaction is still not listed, even after logging out, clearing caches and logging back in.

Re: Problem On Finance Page of FSA Web Site

Don't apologise, it got my attention and its fixed now.
Thanks for the attention. In my case however the problem has merely changed.
Instead of the previous mysql error, the graph now shows a (very) incorrect balance.

EDIT:

The last transaction (an aircraft purchase) is not showing either.

Re: Airline status

Sorry, bit slow these days. ;) Thanks for the reply, I am still showing as blank status both with Firefox and IE7?, although KBV is clearly active, even if not very. Maybe related, on the finances tab I have a graph with the following error: Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a val...
