Re: Reputation
Please read the "New Arlines" guide in the Tips & Tricks forum. It explains this in detail. http://www.fsairlines.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=330 Yes it does. Thanks for the hint. I tried to find a search button at the board Index but none. And to look at every forum..... so 120 seems the max. Wow......

Not a bug or problem but I don't know where else to write this issue.
The reputation of my VA now increased up to 120. I can imagine the minimum is 0 or 1 but what is the maximum number of reputation and how is it calculated?
My compliments by the way for this excellent formule.

Re: Crashes and speeds
I experience sometimes problems with the taxi speed limits. Don't ask me why, but sometimes my taxi speed is already 15 kts, standing still!! Turning on a taxiway the speed reduces to almost zero and when taxiing straight ahead the speed is over 25 kts. I mean it is very hard to maintain this speed ...

Re: Scenery/Terrain constantly reloading
A solution found, not very charming, but is possible again without reloading scenery and terrain every 2 minutes. See my message of today in "unexplained crashes."

Re: Unexplained crashes - the accident investigation thread
Don't ask me why and how, but I found a solution (?) for my problem... at last. One of my fellow pilots, who did not have the crash problem, suggested to make it possible to listen to and transmitting through the radio (with FSinn possible, don't know with SB3) and minimize the simulator. At first I...

Re: Unexplained crashes - the accident investigation thread
Well, I understood there will be no working at Flynet.exe anymore, but finally I could intercept an error message. Booked a flight and using FS9 for exactly 123 minutes the menu of Fs9 disappeared and both programs as usual crashed with this message: On top of the window "Flynet.exe" Inside the wind...

Also downloaded this Alpha version.
I could not proceed using it as the field for username is much to short.
My username is "ruudopdeweegh" and it was not possible to write more than "ruudopdewee"

Re: Unexplained crashes - the accident investigation thread
If you can keep the problems to less than 10% having any problems on installation, you're doing good. Now you sound like Bill Gates :-) Also, as your client was working fine until recently, I am afraid you did not understand everything. On my desktop it never worked at all . And yes, it worked on m...

Re: Unexplained crashes - the accident investigation thread
There will be no further development on the FlyNET as we are working to move to the FSAirlines client, which is totally reworked. As for your problems, I'm not sure why you're having the crashes. As well, you are in the vast minority having any serious problems and even then, some of the problems w...

Fully agree with that: real life comes first. So we will patiently wait for a reworked update.carthorse wrote:I'm sure if we started paying them, they would be able to work on it more
But i'm happy for any time you guys get to work on it. Real life comes first
Thanks for everything so far.

Re: Unexplained crashes - the accident investigation thread
It must be a very big problem as there are no responds anymore from the author(s) as far as I can see. Of course it is possible he (they) is (are) on holidays. But we (World Caribbean Gateway) have to pause using the client software as it is unusable at the moment. I have re-installed the simulator ...

Re: Unexplained crashes - the accident investigation thread
Hi again, So far this is what I did in order to get it running: Disabling Fspassengers Disabling Flight Tracker Checked duplicate BGL files Disabling Zone Alarm and activating Windows Firewall Disabling Active Sky Disabling FsInn Disabling all software that I do not need while flying, like my email ...

Re: Basic Beginers Guide to IFR Flight.
Actually Stan is correct. You get a penalty if you are below 1000ft ALG with your lights off or above FL100 with your lights on. 3000ft is a pretty good place to turn them on or off.
Mmmm Why do I have a penalty having the lights switched off at let's say FL080 and climbi...

Re:
It actually doesn't sound like a client problem and more of a corrupt scenery problem. Have you recently installed any scenery (for that part of the world)? If not, the fact that it happens at cruise leads me to believe it might actually be corrupt default scenery. I hate suggesting this to anyone,...
