Re: Flight Problem

Could you have lost your internet connection during the flight? Are there any .out or .log files in the directory where your flynet.exe program is located? Don't worry to much about the airline budget lines, thats part of an old method of recording airline income we don't use any more. Morning Joe ...

Re: Flight Problem

This is wierd. This time, flight from Berlin to Brussels, all went well, except, no 'bing-bong' when parked at gate. Client wouldn't to allow for pilot comment and failed also to terminate when FS9 was terminated, so had to kill client (microsoft reported program not responding message), and also ma...

Re: Flight Problem

Thanks Stan for looking :D ...
It's odd that this is the first time that this has ever occurred though, even though I've flown long routes across multiple time zones before :? ...

Re: Flight Problem

Hiya Stan,
Definately no bouncing seen from anywhere at any point, however late in the flight to VIDP, FS9 decided to reload the scenery for some reason! something that has never happened before.

Re: Flight Problem

Over the last couple of flights (Schoenefeld EDDB to Brussels EBBR using a PIC 737-400 and Brussels EBBR to Indhira Gandi International VIDB) when the flights have completed and parking brake applied, the client hasn't picked up the completed flight, and left the flight booked, which has meant me ca...

Re: canceling of leasing from leasor side

For what ist's worth, I don't think that a lease should be cancelled from the leasors side. It would totally open the leasing system up to abuse (recalling of aircraft once they'd been fuelled for example) and could also leave new airlines right in the pooh, after having leased an expensive aircraft...

Brussels Busy Jet...

I was a pilot in the Flynet VA Busy Jet, and just wanted to branch out on my own. I decided on Brussels Busy Jet as it is the home of the European Union, and seemed to be the ideal place to have as a hub to fly all over Europe, to all member states of the European Union and Europe as a whole. It fit...

Thanks....

Thanks for the hint... I can understand the difference in approach headings, but why would that affect the radio frequencies?

Not directly related to Flynet but...

Has anyone had any issues using Navigraph FMC data updates? I've just downloaded and insstalled the current cycle for FSNavigator, Wilco, and PDMG. The good thing is that my FMC's on start up show the same cycle and in date :) The rather odd thing is that the information doesn't seem to be the same ...

Similar vein...

Would it also be possible to refuel an aircraft when booking a flight... I know you do this when you actually 'fly', but it might be a factor for those who book flights but don't actually fly them within the time period...

Real weather in the UK...

Has anyone else been flying in the UK recently(last 3 days)? I've been flying real weather and have been experiencing some strong gusty winds (60+ kts) that have been reversing direction in the blink of an eye from about 8000' up to about FL270? Just put this post in to see if it's my system, or act...

Clearing out of posts in forum...

Morning all... Just a quick thought, but would it be possible to set up a process such that an originator of a thread could close/delete the thread once the issue has been answered/resolved to the originators satisfaction? Obviously some threads have some historical value, but many don't, like sale ...
