Re: Flight was logged twice
All support related to a specific flight needs to be handled through the support ticket system. You also need to update your signature as it's not showing.
Re: Prepar3D
Joe, I would not really consider supporting Prepar3D. 1) They did not license FSX, they licensed ESP, a modified version of FSX designed for commercial users only. 2) The contract for the rights specifically prohibits ESP/Prepar3D being used for anything other than commercial use. I highly doubt tha...

Re: stats fail
This is something that needs to be dealt with through the Support Ticket system, not the forum as they'll need to access your private information. Additionally, your post doesn't meet the requirements listed in the very first thread in this forum regarding how to format a bug report or support reque...

Re: FSA serious bug!!!
George, there's a button on the upper right that says "Support". This button will lead you to the support ticket system among other things. There is no debug to be sent along, the client didn't cause the problem. It was the "cleaning up" of the flight afterward by an Admin that caused the issue as t...

Re: Airport edits
All airport ICAO codes have to be the default FS9 code, no other codes will be accepted. Only airports that actually exist or existed in the past will be allowed, no fantasy airports. All data has to match the format given next to each field exactly, if the GPS coordinates don't show it close to an ...

Re: How to Antonov An 124-210 in my virtual airline
Only the original Pregnant Guppy and Mini Guppies were ever used for outside commercial cargo lifting, but very few contracts ever came. The Pregnant Guppy was declared a "public aircraft" several years into its operations. Before that, it was used a couple of times for outside work. Once the Mini G...

Re: Fuel stop
The client only reads what's in the aircraft.cfg file. If you're having problems, then you need to take it up with the developer of the airplane or you need to use the FS fuel and payload manager instead of the client to fuel the plane.

Re: Boeing 757 issues
For now, you'll have to limit the seats through the flighplan as the seating system doesn't actually do anything yet due to needing a client update to work. Sorry, thought you were aware of that since it's on the front page of the website.

Re: Boeing 757 issues
Simply reduce the number of seats or restrict the number of passengers you can carry. Remember, the passengers all have ~25 pounds of baggage with them. As such, a plane set to max economy seating may result in no additional cargo space being available. This is something that must be considered when...

Re: Loosing Revenue... Concorde Problem
1) I edited your thread title. Using all caps and multiple punctuation points is not only unneeded, but rude. 2) Concorde was technically certified to carry up to 128, however it was provisioned that the interior arrangement for each aircraft had to be individually approved. Both BA and Air France c...

Re: How to Antonov An 124-210 in my virtual airline
As with all new aircraft in our database, there are two requirements 1) It must be an aircraft actually to have been produced or being produced in serial manufacture, no one-off aircraft. 2) It must be currently in or have served as a civilian aircraft with civilian certification. If these two items...

Re: Brought Platinum But Airline inactive!!!!
Alex, you need to send the receipt information to Konrad either directly or via the support ticket you started because your membership does not show as being Platinum. Additionally, you may want to check with PayPal and make sure the funds were actually taken out, because it's possible that somethin...
