I think there is a minumum price you can sell a plane.
(I am not sure if this depents on the current VA status etc. etc.)
I don't think it's a bug, but there is simply a minumum limit.

We just bought a lot of new planes, so about half of our planes are stuck

Hi.
Many of my planes are stuck in maintainence/transfer.
Since I just bought a complete new fleet, and had to move a lot of the planes, it is about 50% of my planes stuck, so I hope you will fix t soon

Yeah, you start out as a "Second flight officer" then after you've done a couple of flights (depents on the flight ratings) you will become a first flight officer, after that captain, flight captain, senior captain, and maybe some more
