Hi John,
Excellent, I did not know about that.
Thanks!

Limit Cargo Option
Hello, With the introduction of the ability to limit the number of passengers/cargo on flights, is there an easier way to mass select the limits on flights? For example, the situation I have come across is certain operations are designed around mainly carrying passengers+baggage, therefore you can a...

Re: Weight
Hello, Simply divide the weights in client by 0.45. This will convert kg to lbs Actually you multiply kg by 2.2 to get lbs I think you will find that dividing KG by 0.45359 and multiplying KG by 2.20462 both work. :) 2000 kg \ 0.45359 = 4409 LBS 2000 kg x 2.20462 = 4409 LBS  James

Re: Variable Fuel Prices?
Hello, I think I have seen this idea put forward a few times and the usual conclusion is that it would cause too much of a workload for the people running FSairlines, when taking into account just how many airports there actuall are. I like the idea of variable fuel prices changing every now and the...

Re: Ideas on airports, passengers etc...
Hello, I agree with the first idea as well. When you look at the average load factor for airlines (UK airlines anyway) they usually average between an 80-90% load factor (although slighly closer to the 80% mark) so having the last 10%, 15% or 20% or so of the load a random number sounds about right ...

Re: Rostering
Hello, I think it would be a good idea too. The CEO could set a roster on a monthly basis for each pilot to complete if he/she decides to use that system. For example I could set one of my pilots a few flights to fly during November, say Stansted - Alicante - Stansted - Prague - Stansted, then the p...

Re: Client Haywire: Incorrect Budget and flightstate and Speed!
Hello, hezza is correct. With the options set correctly to show IAS, at FL310 in that aircraft type you should be doing typically Mach .80 which would settle around 250 KIAS with a TAS of around 450. At the moment it looks like you are flying a lot slower than the real aircraft would due to the fact...

Re: Airport Populations
Hello, I quite like this 'airport population' idea. Although it is unlikely that the passenger count will go all the way down to 0 at most airports, I feel that it still adds something to FSairlines. If you have a problem with a specific airfield that is way off the numbers, send off an email. Other...

Re: Import Flightplan from text file broke?
Hello John,
I have the same problem. I sent Konny an email yesterday morning regarding this issue, although I have had no response yet.
Hopefully this will be sorted when someone gets the chance to look at it.

Re: Can´t Fly Booked Flight
Hello again,
Yep it seems to be recognising it now...how odd. Maybe there was some sort of delay between booking the flight and it being picked up by the client? I tried several times for up to an hour after booking it without success. At least it is working now

Re: Can´t Fly Booked Flight
Hello,
I've just encountered the very same problem.
Booked a flight EGSS - LEIB with an A320 and the client (1.0.3) is not recognising it is booked. I never had this issue with the previous versions.

James

Re: Where can I get FSUIPC update?
Hello Brian, This link is on the FSairlines home page, near the client section on the right: http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html Once there, scroll down to the table headed FS2004 and click on FSUIPC 3.82 . You will then be able to download it. All you do is then unzip the folder and move the FSUIP...

Re: Aircraft still Rolling penalty
Hello Simon,
Did you end the flight as soon as you turned both engines off or did you wait a minute or two for them to run down?
Just a thought and might be worth a go while you are waiting for a response. I believe other people have also reported this issue and it is being looked into.

Re: Wrong Airport EGSS
Hello Dave, You were correct. I tried the flight again and this time it worked fine with no problems, despite doing nothing different from the first try! Trouble is, if it has happened once, it is possible it can happen again. Hopefully it is just a one off and one of those programming mysteries. Re...

Wrong Airport EGSS
Hello, I Just tried to do my first flight with the new client. I booked a flight from Stansted to Edinburgh (EGSS - EGPH), prepared my aircraft on a stand at EGSS for departure and upon starting up the client and attempting to commence the flight, the client says I am at the wrong airport. I never h...
