I have submitted a support ticket on this but I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem or if it is specific to our routes. (This is a search for information - it is obviously not a reflection on the support ticket system as I have only just submitted that. :D ) I have noticed...

The reputation figure is already in place to act as a determining factor on your passenger load, as is ticket pricing (for competition). Rather than being based on advertising, maybe a determination of passenger satisfaction (reputation) based on additional factors, such as punctuality, landing rate...

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this ... I like to email a new pilot with some info about our VA and FSAirlines systems, now however I find that I cannot do this as the pilot's email address is no longer displayed. Is this intentional or an oversight [or just to keep the "card" lookin...

I have noticed since the server problems were resolved that the graphics for type ratings (shown on profile pages) on FSA website are missing. Has this been noticed by the admins?

OK I have emailed our "Virtual Widerøe" version and I am happy to provide edited versions to fit support's requirements if you email me your feedback.

Unfortunately I can only produce an English language version.
