Re: complaint from SWISS AIR Fly
I reviewed this flight, according to our logs taxi and takeoff happened 1 hour 6 minutes after boarding and landing was only 15 minutes after takeoff. Even at 16x 3400nm is not possible in 15 minutes. But the long pause before take off and the large amount of fuel used is suspicious and I think lend...

Re: Airport name
Two examples are your profile page, which shows just the airport name, and the booking page which shows City/ICAO. On the booking page I like having city first since I usually know what city I want to fly to but don't always know what the ICAO is, since its sorted by city name first its quick to loc...

Re: Hard Landings
I kind of like the idea that above 500fpm its detected as a hard landing with lower rating for the pilot and above 1000 hard landing with mandatory A-Check and about 2000fpm its detected as a crash. Rather than saying above a certain fpm its additional damage, I think it might be better to change th...

Hard Landings
I have seen a number of flights recently with very high touchdown vertical speeds, in the last 30 days we have had more than 35 flights where the VS is more than 10000 fpm. 10000 fpm = 99kns or 182km/h which I would think is fatal in all situations. Since most pilots have crash detection turned off,...

Airport name
In some places in the site we display the name of the airport (John F. Kennedy International Airport) in others we display city name/ICAO (New York/KJFK). I would like to standardise these all and my preference would be city name/ICAO, does anyone have an opinion on this?

Aircraft Minimum Prices.
For a long time we have had a problem pricing older aircraft. We normally try to use the current market price but for very old aircraft that are still in use, the market prices are usually for worn out aircraft that have very little time on there airframe. Not for a fully restored, low hour aircraft...

Re: flight classified as cheated when client froze
Can you send it in a zip file? The system flags flights that look like they arrived at there destination too fast. Sometimes this is because of a slewing or other techiques to change the position of the aircraft, sometimes its just an bug with the system clock. The we usually just clear these situat...

Re: How to try and fix 'wrong aircraft' in client
I went and downloaded the HC Erickson Skycrane and took a look at the aircraft.cfg file. The weight and other performance data in it look like it was taken from a jet ranger and have nothing in common with the Erickson Skycrane. Your going to want to find a model that has some accurate information i...

Re: How to try and fix 'wrong aircraft' in client
I just checked the inventory of Euro Livewire Airlines, you don't have any B206's in your fleet. If your trying to fly a Erickson Skycrane mission (twin engine MTO 42.000 kg) using a Jet Ranger (single engine, MTO 1.360 kg) of course its going to reject it.

Re: Security problems
1) It is possible to sell not owned aircraft using URI injection. Maybe it is possible to do something else too. Hiding buttons is not enough for security. You should use in php.ini register_globals=off and use PUT method instead of GET in PHP. We don't use the register_globals function and I tried...

Once you land at the diverted airport. Finish the flight as normal. The start a new flight and refuel for the flight to the original destination.
