I just looked and I didn't see any open tickets for you (except an odd XML output) which I believe Konny is working on. Is this still an issue for you?

We tend to check and reply to as many new tickets as possible every 24-48 hours.

We do not delete VAs immediately. How long was the airline inactive?

The CS100 and CS130 are on their way although delayed like everything else I suspect we will see them in 2014Q4 of 2015Q1

Do you happen to know when this was? The connection to the site should not effect the actual client connection to the sim, just the report upload and flight tracking.

Only method is to restart the flight. We allow a manual upload option for flights that lose internet connection, but if the client no longer sees FS, it stops recording data.

Using Ctrl+Shift+L will fix this for you. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this because the developers have chosen not to use the default landing lights setup for FS so our client can not detect them on/off.

If the auto-login is the issue, change the login information in the FSAirlines config file (usually in C:\Program Files\FSAirlines)

Is this at a specific airport that this is occurring?

The amount earned for a VA belongs to that VA and only someone with financial power can transfer the money to another VA and is done by choice.

We do have a leasing limit in place. It is based off a maximum amount per week and varies with the airline's aircraft status and reputation.
