You have to use a browser other than IE9 to be able to send a support ticket,but i agree it is time it was fixed.

Its a windows update,but you probably have got that. I think i have solved the problem for you.It appears that the base model has not got the fusilage textures in it.So if you download (cathay_a346.zip) from Avsim.com and place the textures contained in it in your A346 folder and then add this to yo...

The Tom A340 Series is for FSX only , and you have to install FSX SP1 or SP2 , or the aircraft won't be displayed properly!

To quit your present Airline go into your profile and click "quit VA".
I think you then get a page where you can join another airline.
I don,t have FSX but these 2 aircraft by Thomas Ruth are on Avsim.com.[toma333b.zip and toma343b.zip]
I cant say if they are any good because i dont use them.

Are you running client as Administrator

To use the support ticket you will have to use Firefox browser or some other browser other than IE9.
IE9 is not fully compatible yet,and while you are using another browser take a look at the main site ,you will see lots of things you have probably never seen before.Hope this helps.

With effect from last month I have introduced a new ranking system for Snr Captains.
The Senior Captain doing the most flights in any month will recieve a star rating plus a 1% increase in Salary up to a top rating of Senior Captain 4 stars.

Go to aircraft cfg file,find [general aircraft data] and copy the line [engine 0=etc,etc,etc],copy it and paste it in the same section changing it to [engine 1=etc,etc,etc].This will create a dummy engine and the client will recognise it is a 2 engined aircraft.

I tend to use IE9 Browser unless i want to look at the various graphs on the site.Just wondering if it could be an IE9 thing.Also,are there any plans in the pipeline to make the site fully compatible with IE9.?

I dont know if i did something wrong or there is a problem,but i tried to purchase a ticket using the new mouse over links and nothing happened.I then tried using the old way and managed to buy a ticket. My apologies if it was my fault,but dont want to lose money buying another ticket just to check ...

The Stats have been disabled to ease the burden on the website as a lot of people have been getting "too many connections".
