If you are using the Skyteam version of this aircraft you need to set about 2% nose up trim and hold the nose down on your take-off run,about speed 165mph gently ease the yoke back and she should float off the runway.

I have been trying to submit a support ticket so that i can alter the aircraft data so that the MZFW and MTOW are not the same for the above aircraft but keep getting "there was prob,m with database" message.
