Fuel asked for against fuel bought v1.19

Hi Guy's.. I have noticed that if you ask for say, 5000kg, the client will say ok.. fuel you up and you're ready to go. However, on checking the flight report at the end of the flight.. it will say (for the example above) fuel purchased 4996kg and shows a charge for 4996kg. The next flight I asked f...

Re: Problems with fuel (cheat flights)

Hi Guy's.. Not seeing a 'cheat' issue with client v1.19 but I have noticed that if you ask for say, 5000kg, the client will say ok.. fuel you up and you're ready to go. However, on checking the flight report at the end of the flight.. it will say (for the example above) fuel purchased 4996kg and sho...

Re: Flight cheat

Hi Chris.. Well.. I've been flying my butt off to get it back where it belongs :D As for EGCC.. I use UK2000 and I honestly couldn't tell you if the autofuel area still exists. I did use DM's 'period' scenery for a while but started suffering being spit out as I turned off the runway. No one else se...

Re: Flight cheat

OK Chris.. so where do we go from here?? I don't believe for one minute this was intentional and I have to say I'm a bit peeved the VA was hit! I don't mind reeling pilots in who've dropped a clanger.. you know this from being a regular on our forum but we are a multilingual setup and sometimes thin...

Re: Flight cheat

Hi Guy's.. I've just had a pilot have a flight marked cheated and the airlines reputation suffered as a consequence. Flight was CBF5331 EGPE-EGCC Fuel bought 5603kg.. fuel used 2653kg Pilot: CBF170 I can't see what the problem is. Timing is ok, fuel use is as expected for a One-Eleven, he actually b...

Re: The Fuel on board at 0 kg, why?

I noticed that too Matt but I don't think it's the whole problem. I'm presuming the shot was taken 'in flight' as his ASI is showing M.824/263Kias

Re: Ticket Factor

I think there's still a little room to manoeuvre with ticket factors.. acknowledging that we're still in early days with it. One of my pilots has just done EGLL-KJFK in a Comet4 (ticket factor 3) and the flight recorded a loss of $118.700 with a x25 multiplyer. The fuel figures look good and ...

Re: New Client v1.0.4

I think we at CBFS have only had one prob (flight marked as cheat) on the new client and this was sorted in good time with a standard Admin fuel recalc. Go on.. give it a go for fun for a change

Re: Two problems in new version

Hi Joe :D I've yet to come across any FS model that has a CoG that'll have the nose 50ft off the deck before the main gear leaves the ground but it's a possibility. It's surprising that on even such large aircraft as the 747's.. the CoG is modelled a darned site lower than you'd think. On the POSKY ...

Re: Two problems in new version

Hi Chris.. Rgr that.. I've obviously misread between the lines somewhere and presumed/assumed they now had to be on at all times while on the deck. We were getting pinged for the most ridiculous things early on (beta too) that it tends to make one over cautious  Noted and thanks  ATB DaveB

Re: Two problems in new version

Hi :D The Landing Lights penalty has been with us since the beta (I think) and release versions and yes.. it does differ from how flynet used to work.. that is, you could leave your lights off until just before takeoff. You will notice on the new client that that the final page.. the one that tells ...

Re: New Client v1.0.4

Hi Jon.. As long as you have 'Pause on task' unticked.. you should be ok. A lot of problems have been caused by users NOT have Pause on Task unticked and have had the flight paused while logging into the client and/or when taking fuel (though I can't see the need for the sim to be paused at this poi...

New Client v1.0.4

Hi Guy's :D

First flight on the v1.0.4 client and no probs. Nice to see the fuel price/ltr added on the fuel page.. VMT for this. Only a small point but I'm sure there are many others who'll appreciate it

Re: Problem with 1-11

Yo :D Yup.. pretty much as Chris said.. the 73's being a good comparison. The control unit itself on the pedestal was very much different to the Trident.. more similar in fact to the 'Standard' One-Elevens but with more functionality and importantly.. Autothrottle. It really wasn't a problem when th...

Re: Problem with 1-11

Hi Tomasz.. I was flying a 510ED in which the fuel gauges are at the bottom of the centre panel.. but you knew that didn't you  Fuel gauges on every version EXCEPT the 510ED are where you described .BEA had a different flightdeck layout which used Smiths instruments rather than the 'basic fit' ...
