Firstly, Can i say a BIG thank you, to all help provided.
Secondly, I got so fed up last night, I did a complete, FS9 Reinstall From Scratch.
I put FS9 on Started my Flight, Put x16 on, And it works ok,

That is exactly what i get ,As soon as i click Max sim rate 16,
