Conditions should be invertable (negateable).
example: means event triggered when it is NOT in flightstate 3 ("landed")
Maybe you find a better way to implement. It's just a suggestion.

As far as I know is the mtl installer for AI aircraft only, installed for use with IVAO.
You will have to look for third party developers like Wilco, PMDG or else for a proper 733 model.
