Critique Section of the Rating Field

Greetings! I have recently started using the latest Beta version of the Client and it seems to be working quite nicely (thank you, Joe!). I do have a question about the critique section, though. My past couple of flights have been on the JF DC-8-50 series. Each time after I've finished the flight an...

Re: Some thoughts on Penalties.

Hi Joe,

Looks good! Just so I'm clear on the landing lights, turning them on/off in the Client wouldn't also turn them on/off in the aircraft? It would just make the Client "see" them as on/off?

Scott

Re: Someone got caught

Hi Joe,

Glad you caught them. I hate it when someone tries to beat the system, and no, you were not being too harsh at all 8)

Thanks,

Re: Client Beta 2.2.0

Hi Joe,

Thank you - looking forward to the penalty revisions. Would like to get that LearJet in the air without the penalty 8)

Re: Fuel Prices

Greetings! While I agree with Cat that, yes, in the "real world", avgas burning aircraft are discouraged (if not outright banned) from larger airports. However, we are operating in a virtual world. If there are VA's within FSairlines that operate smaller aircraft in and out of the larger airports, t...

Re: Some thoughts on Penalties.

I do agree with the previous poster, VegasTim on pretty much every point. Regarding the landing light "disable" feature. I don't know how in depth the Client gets once it loads and checks to see if the proper type of aircraft is loaded into the sim. Would it be possible for that only to be available...

Re: Some thoughts on Penalties.

Greetings all! This is an interesting discussion - lots of good ideas and points of view have been expressed. I, too, have been frustrated by the penalties imposed by the Client in the past. Most recently last night. There is a serious problem with the landing lights on the FlySimware Lear 35A and w...

Re: cant access site

Hi Konny,

Just to let you know that I just now tried both IE8 and FF (Win XP) and I can't log into the site using either of them.

Re: cant access site

I had the same problem with IE8 while trying access the site yesterday - but I got in with FireFox. Just now I tried logging in with FireFox and I can't get in. Click on "log in" and nothing happens.

Re: Support Ticket

OK...I'll have a look. I thought I'd receive a msg stating that there was a response.

Yep, Konny did reply right away on the day I sent the ticket! Sorry 'bout that, wasn't sure how this ticket thing worked.

Thanks,
Scott
