Re: Restrict Flightplans by Fleet

At first I thought it would be easy to be done, by connecting Fleet->Aircraft->Flight, but then I realized that flights can also be tied not to Aircraft (registration number) but to aircraft type and aircraft type is by no means tied to Fleet. The only wat to be implemented would be by adding a new ...

Re: Messaging system...

Problems here too. Yesterday, I had an incoming message. I clicked on "1 Unread Message" I clicked on it and it was empty. I tried the "Messages" link. The "Edit" and "Reply" were there but the message was not. I asked the sender to resend it. That time it worked, but the messaging system is literal...

Re: The Passenger List

Konny, I also sent you an email with Greek names. Maybe in the future it would be a good addition to pick names splitted from (a) the country the VA is based, (b) from the departure airport and (c) from the destination airport. Something like: (a)20%, (b)40%, (c)40%. This way it would be more realis...

So, what would you submit in your flightplan as departure and destination?

Field landing in VATSIM

Hi all,

I know some of you guys do bush flying but do you know (for sure) if VATSIM accepts take-offs and landings on a field (not an airport or stripe) or at the sea or a lake?

CEOs, CEOs everywhere...

With the airports population feature the flightplan maintenance of several hubs has become a tedious work. It's not like it was when you could just pick two airports, an aircraft type and a reasonable ticket price. Therefore the need for hub managers is obvious... hub managers in a CEOs world. So, i...

Re: New Rank Based Features.

Hello, hello! After a long absence I am back (the older guys here remember me) and reading through the forum I see it's the right time with all the new features implemented. "Grounding a pilot after a crash"... an old dream coming true for every CEO! So, everyone have a nice time in our virtual skies.

Re: FlyNET; belongings-for what?

That wish list would be uselessly nice but NICE! Belongings is not an "active" part of flynet but a beautiful one giving a taste of reality by expanding our virtual airlines world. I wish it would keep offering more spending opportunities.

Excellent addition and very useful indeed. What about adding one more option to see All Fleets in a single page?
Also, would it be difficult to split the flightplan as well (like the existing destination or aircraft type) to see individual fleets' flightplans?

Indeed, we could even consider ourselves "civilized". Just like European "civilized" soldiers visiting the lands of Incas and Indians of the North... In the end it seems we don't want to be more "civilized" (better say technologically advanced) than anyone. It makes you think twice...
