Re: Cargo System/Packages

Good points Sam. Restricting delivery to 50 nm is probably not a bad idea. Living as I do in the SF bay area, we have three major airports close by, KSFO is the biggest for passengers but Oakland has a bigger cargo operation and things are regularly trucked from there all over the bay area. But Sacr...

Re: Logging into FSAirlines

Not sure what to do with this since, I can't log in, it keeps looping like its an incorrect password, with nothing returning I am going to change your password temporarily so I can log in as you and see if I can reproduce the problem, I will change it back when I am done. EDIT: Well I changed your ...

Fleet Permission Updates

Hi Flyers I just made a small update to the permissions for in FSA regarding Fleet permissions. Previously you could restrict permissions on a rank for fleet activities (Aircraft Purchase, Maintenance, Cargo, Finance) to either one fleet or all fleets. Now you can choose multiple fleets for each per...

Re: Logging into FSAirlines

I just re-logged in an out myself to test this and did not have any issues, looking at the logs to see if there are any problems but so far have not seen anything.

Re: Cargo System/Packages

I can certainly crank up the number of packages generated, right now we generate package twice a day, and we add about 100000 package into the system each time, packages not moved are removed after two weeks. The system gives weight to routes and airports that have been used recently (90 days) when ...

Hello.
In my VA, I received a request saying "C-5 is needed to transport more cargo farther away."

If a military cargo plane can be registered, it will be interesting to be able to carry many supplies.
Just submit a support ticket asking for it.

Re: problems with fly a plane

The airline ranks often define which aircraft a pilot can fly depending on the fleet the aircraft belongs to, you should have your CEO check that.

Re: Cargo System/Packages

#3 in my Package System video series, this one shows how to transfer plane to plane and plane to Airport Center and back. It also shows how REALLY EASY it is to load a plane that does not have a route to fly those packages to their destination. https://youtu.be/XXgFswOB8b4 Another great video Sam! ...

Re: Gold Account Updates

Never Mind, I figured it out. Cannot surprise someone with a gift though, you need to be able to either access their account or give them your financial information. It would be nice to have a "gift membership" tab to avoid that problem though. My pilot was kind enough to give me log in information...

Re: Cargo System/Packages

Hey here is a "thinking out of the box" idea ...... regarding the paid memberships, what if you established a higher tier, Platinum Plus .... for an extra little fee, your airline would get additional package cargo loads based on analytics of where the planes fly along with a 50% discount on Airpor...

Re: Briefing Document ZFW and Client ZFW not matching

Remember that ZFW is the weight of the aircraft without fuel, but with payload. You can see in your screen shot the briefing document has 42,805 lb of cargo but in the client there is 43,715 lb of cargo, 910 lb more. the exact difference between the ZFW in the client and brief. ZFW = Current zero fu...

Re: Briefing Document ZFW and Client ZFW not matching

I may be wrong but what I think is happening is that briefing document is not taking into account the weight of the packages loaded onto the aircraft. When the flight was originally booked, based on the allowed amount of generic cargo, the ZFW was below the MZFW for the aircraft, but when the packag...
