I seriously dought that his is just a server hickup, I suspect someone has found the back door to the system and has set out to do some damage, nothing to stop them from striking again.

I recommend that all CEO's save a copy of there fleet page and there routes page.

You have been kicked from the airline by the CEO.

Which is alarming as I am the only CEO, and its no longer listed on the database page.

Excellent idea, I agree. If its not possible, maybe the client should treat running out of fuel before landing (fuel zero or equal to the unusable fuel amount) with the same penalties landing at the wrong airport.

OK, I did not expect so much opposition to this idea. At first I could think of a reason why someone would want to buy a ticket somewhere where they could not do anything in flynet except buy a ticket somewhere else. How ever Justin did give an example of a reason and why I can't see myself doing th...

Justin is probably one of the most dedicated simmers and aviation lovers I have met. His MSN name is ALWAYS about planes,he has a PPL with Twin Engine Rating and IFR Rating. And with all the work that he puts into FlyNET saying that that makes him not 'dedicated' is unfair I think. I am sorry if wh...

From what I see, 99.999% of the time a pilot buys a ticket to go pickup an aircraft so limiting the list to the cities where that can be done would make the 'Buy Ticket' interface much easier to use. I guess I don't see the point of buying a ticket to go to a 'virtual' meeting. If the pilot does not...

Buy a ticket

Simple idea:

When a pilot is buying a ticket to go to another airport, instead of having a dropdown for all possible airports in the world, maybe it should have a list of only airports where there airline has an aircraft parked or where the pilot has a personal aircraft.

The first and third sets of data were between shannon and goose bay, the second and fourth were between goose bay and ohare. So you can see there is a wide range of rates for flights between the same airports.

A Message of Remembrance

From the message on the FlyNET home page. Today is the five-year anniversary of the terrorist action that ended with over 800 people dead, and a world paralyzed and united by a collective sense of horror and revulsion. Today, we at FlyNET remember all those who perished, those who were taken from th...

While not in favor of this proposal it could be implemented with the following controls on an airline. Pilot Salary % (same as today) Pilot Hourly Pay (v$ per flight hour) Pilot Salary Per Pay Period v$ Minimum Flight Hours to get Salary. Pilots would always receive the hourly and % for each flight,...

Tail strike is possible but how would flynet register it as a crash if FS9 did not?
