As long as the client recognised that you landed you can manually upload a pirep, read this thread for instructions:

If you have the *.out file but not the code number send me the *.out file in a pm and I will see what I can do.

Minor Updates

I made an update to the aircraft image code. Most of the changes are internal and don't effect the way it looks, but now VA's can now upload an image that can be the default for all aircraft of that type in there fleet.

I tend to agree with you, for that short of a distance very few would by tickets for that. But the airport were on an island (think Jersey or the Hawaiian islands) where there were no direct roads or trains it would be more plausible. The problem here was not that there were too pilots but instead two booked flights, its fixed now but we will have to figure out how this happened.
