A long time ago I recall seeing somewhere on the VA settings a field to change the company's cost index, but now I can't find it anywhere... Is is possible to change the company's cost index somewhere?

In my FSA client even when not on overweight, it allways shows the buttons "CHANGE" ahead of pax, cargo and fuel before hiting the final "Fly". You can allways remove cargo
