you must send an email to "support team" . in some cases a "manual reset" is required. So..is only a matter of time till you get an answer

My problem is not far from others... I tried to RESET my old password but no reply ..no email ...even in SPAM/JUNK BOX If somebody from STAFF can help me ... will be perfect. I am the CEO of the company and we can not move...we can not manage our self All the best ...have a good flight PROBLEM SOLVE...
