On my last flight I was 15 minutes into my flight and at 9,000 amsl with landing lights off but flying in in a mountainous area when I got a penalty for landing lights off below 1,000 ft. On anot...

Re: No response from Support
On several occasions, we've stated that support may take up to 72 hours to be answered Sorry, but I haven't seen that, but I do realise that we all have other things to do, including living real lives. Additionally, setting up a forum isn't a quick thing to do and we don't always have time to do it...

Re: No response from Support
No problem with that, and I don't mean to take anything away from them. In truth they all do a great job, and we all have other things to do and real world lives to live. but it takes about 30 secs to make the same response you have :-). All I want is an acknowledgement. "Got your email, busy at the...

No response from Support
Two days ago, I sent an email to 'support' asking for a VA forum, and as I got no response from the email, I also submitted a support ticket.
Still no response
Anybody out there ?

Re: Limiting Passengers/Cargo
Thanks for the reponse but, I suppose I simplified my question, we now have 5 different aircrraft flying the routes, all the same sort of speeds, but with different passenger capacities. If what you say is right, then I would need to produce five diffent flights for each route (One for each capacity...

Limiting Passengers/Cargo
Up until now, I've been publishing routes for one aircraft type (BN2P Islander) which carries a max 9 passengers, and have therefore been limiting each route to 9 passengers in the "Limit passengers" box when publishing the flights Now, I want to allow other aircraft types to fly the route, all with...
Re: Failures
Doh !!! Looked through that and did't see it. Must be an age thing.
Thanks
Thanks
Failures
I read/heard somewhere that the FSA client will throw random failures at aircraft. If true, can someone please point me towards the details ?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: When is the Integration Pack ready for publication?
Thanks Konny, most appreciated, and we all know that real world and other comittments have to take precedence.
Anyway, I'm having such a ball flying with one of the other FSAirlines VA's at the moment, that I might forget that I have my own VA in process.

Re: When is the Integration Pack ready for publication?
Fair comment, but it is nice when one of the 'team members' , just acknowledges the post even though they don't have the answer (like you have now ).
Thanks for that. I will now 'zip the lips', and wait for the outcome.
