I have seen this same issue myself. I forget what aircraft I was in, but it seems to be random.

I am unable to transfer a helicopter from Europe to US using the instant transfer option. I was able to do it with 1, but not the other. Both the same aircraft (H160).

There are no options for me to limit the simrate on a flight unless it is made via the flight plan page, but those flights are made by the pilots flying them. Charter flights such as the one he flew do not give that option and he has run many many charter flights in a 2x sim rate with no issue before.

No luck this morning either. I cleared ALL of my browser cache and history etc.... tried three different browsers on two different devices. Not able to login to the system.

After hitting LOGIN nothing happens, just the username and password are removed. This happened yesterday for a bit too. On my phone and PC. It's completely random and eventually I can get in. I know of one other person this happened to, so I know its not just me. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Was wondering if there is a way to look up the most popular routes, departures, and arrivals - and most common aircraft usage (by type not aircraft) in the airline?
