Re: Outbound packages
This is true.I suppose I have an unreasonable fear of VA's hoarding packages. But I have been thinking along the lines of my other Cargo/Package payment update ideas is that when picking up a package a VA should have only 48 hours (24 hours for priority) to get the package moving or they have to pa...

Re: Outbound packages
Well Joe isn't that what happens with any package if the flight isn't flown? I guess the concept would be the same if a package is flown or not regardless if it's picked up at that airport. Yes, you could think of a stricter time frame and/or fee, specifically for packages picked up at a diff airpor...

Re: Rank System Upgrades
Personally, type ratings by rank...not a big fan. I'd like the idea more of type rating by experience (e.g. total hours or hours by type), but I can understand how some others might want it....and hey, is it's doable system wise...why not, guess that's what it's all about, giving diff people diff op...

Outbound packages
Hi all, First of all I hope you and your close ones are all staying safe. Just a suggestion, don't know if this has been discussed before. The same way one can deliver packages within 50nm of the destination airport, have you ever considered doing the opposite as well? Collecting packages from airpo...

Re: Future airport db update
Well, my humble opinion is yes, time to slowly but surely move forward. I don't have access to the statistics as Joe does, but I'm guessing more people at some point will transition and it'll open new possibilities for flights as well. Joe, as it ever been considering having multiple airport databas...

Re: Flight aborted msg beta client v2.4-b03
I've also had the issue and by Joe's suggestion, "forcing" the client to use FSUIPC instead of SimConnect, did the job for me.

Re: Flight aborted msg beta client v2.4-b03
I think its the new code I added to detect changes in aircraft model while in flight, I sent. you a PM with instructions on how to email me the clients debug file so I can confirm it and fix the problem. One person already sent me one and I can see an issue already. Hi Joe, Happened the same with t...

Re: New Feature - Aircraft conversions
I added the B777-300ERSF but next time, and with the others please submit the aircraft yourself. When you do so you will need all the weights. You can get by with two of DOW, MZFW and Max Payload as you can always calculate the one missing but you will still need MTOW, MLW and Max Fuel weight. Also...

I've included the link to the actual Airbus Industries page wit...

Flight aborted msg beta client v2.4-b03
Hi there,
Anyone else having problems with the latest beta client and GSX?
I've had at least 3 flight aborted messages for no reason while on arrival or departure and using GSX menus to choose the push back or gate assignment.
In the meantime, I'm back to v2.3.3

Re: Flight out of range
Hi there, I also would suggest that the system would take into account the tech stop for the distance. If we're trying to be realistic, then for example a cargo flight, the cargo loaded is intended for the destination and not the tech stop. But if I have to insert two flights for both legs, then the...
