Technical Stops
I am using the latest Client - v2.5.1. I fly most days and have experienced no problems when using XP11 and msfs - until today. I decided to fly from YSSY to EGLL with technical stops at WSSS and OMDB using msfs salty 748 - the first time I have used the Tech Stop feature. When I landed at the first...

Re: Client Autostart
Have you never considered using a Check List - works for me, every time.

Re: Fly By Wire A32NG Fuel Consumption
Just flown the YPPH-YPAD route and block fuel was 5203kg. Are you sure your throttles are correctly calibrated. When they are set to the CR detent check that the PFD does not show a LVR CLB warning (either steady or flashing). Also check fuel flow when at cruise. On my last flight it was 800-820 KG/...

Re: Fly By Wire A32NG Fuel Consumption
Hi Alastair
I have been flying the FBW A320 in msfs and not seen this problem. A recent flight from YPPH to YMML used 6872Kg (15118 lbs) and other flights used slightly less than expected by FSA.
I am using the development version of the aircraft, not sure if that makes a difference.
Regards Mike

OK - just realised that is not a problem.

Re: 5010 Challenge - A Strategy game (FSX/P3D based)
This looks interesting but I hit a problem straight away - I do not have the option to change my VA setting to 'finance by fleet'.
Any ideas?

Re: MSFS B787-100 fuel burn
My mistake - it is the 787-10. Joe - The B78XH mod instals into the Community folder and the engine.cfg file is part of that mod. I would guess that if Asbo ever apply their own fix to the problem then that might be hidden by this mod. I agree that the figure of 1.1336 is still too low. With the mod...

MSFS B787-100 fuel burn
If you have used the 787-100 in MSFS then you will be aware that the fuel burn rate is ridiculously low. There is a fix for this, just search for B78XH mod on the internet. This mod brings the fuel burn rate up to a more realistic level by increasing the fuel_flow_scalar from 0.8 to 1.1336 (the engi...

Re: MSFS 2020 Performance
When I installed msfs2020 on my machine it was virtually unflyable, massive stuttering, even with all the graphics options turned to the lowest level. This was strange because my pc was supposed to be above the minimum required. Looking at Task Manager I saw that there were 4 Skype processes running...

Basler BT67 (DC3T)
The aircraft data figures for the Basler are a little confusing in that MZFW, MTOW and MLW are all given as 13026kg. This means that as soon as fuel is loaded the aircraft is over the MLW. The Basler web site (https://www.baslerturbo.com/power-and-performance.html) gives the MTOW figure of 30000poun...

Re: P3Dv5
Have now made 4 flights with 2 different aircraft without a problem. Have checked using both SimConnect and FSUIPC6, do not have the CT2056H so cannot check that out.

Just for the record: I was flying the Basler BT67 (DC3T) which is basically a FSX model.

Re: X Plane 10 - Parking brake
Joe I have a clearer understanding of what is happening by enabling Data Set 14 under Data Input & Output. This displays 3 brake settings - wbrak, lbrak & rbrak . The lbrak & rbrak report application of toe brakes. The wbrak is toggled by either the B or V keys and acts as the Parking brake. With th...
